Terry L. Richards, 58, of Rockford, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022, in his home. Born April 5, 1964, in Rockford, the son of Carl and Waboose “Boots” (Calvert) Richards. He married Cathy Schorer on July 5, 2013, in Rockford. Employed by Camcar Textron for 20 years and formerly by Hormell Foods. Terry loved spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Cathy; sons, Steven Schorer and Brent Adams; 6 grandchildren; mother, Boots Richards; brother, Bobby Richards; and sister, Sandy (Joe) Barefield; 6 sisters-in-law; 4 brothers-in-law; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, Carl; and brother, Danny Richards.
Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2022, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
